By accessing or using the Hash app or the Hash ticket marketplace (“Marketplace”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Hash is a peer-to-peer platform that helps users discover local events and connect to buy or sell event tickets. We do not buy, sell, broker, verify, or guarantee any ticket listings or transactions. We simply provide a space for users to interact.5. No Payment Handling
Hash does not handle or process payments. All transactions between users occur off-platform and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and seller.6. Use of the App
• The app is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.7. Event Information

We do not guarantee the quality, legitimacy, or availability of tickets posted on the Marketplace. We do not endorse or verify any users, listings, or outcomes of interactions between users.10. Reporting Abuse
You may report abuse or suspicious activity. While we may take moderation actions, we are not responsible for resolving disputes or ensuring the outcome of any transaction.11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on Hash are owned by Ninety-Three LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the app or Marketplace at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or caused harm to other users or the platform.13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app and Marketplace are provided as is and as available. We make no warranties about reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.14. Limitation of Liability
